Please offer support of the The biggest issue we face today as a state and as part of the U. S. A. and the world is global warming. We need to do what we can to stop it. RGGI makes sense. It lowers electricity bills by requiring less kilowatt hours even though the rate is a tiny fraction higher, it creates green jobs in renewable energy and insulation and efficiency in homes, it gives climate justice by weatherizing homes of low income workers. It brings Virgina into the 21st century as a competitive place to be offering green energy to internet cloud facilities. We need to do this because it is smart.
