As a Virginia citizen, I join with the members of Virginia Interfaith Power and Light to urge the Department of Energy to Keep Virginia in RGGI. Virginia's participation in RGGI is a successful effort to reduce pollution while directly helping communities on the front lines. RGGI is already helping thousands of low-wealth families reduce energy bills and climate impacts. It also helps localities across the state to deal with increasingly devastating floods.
