Virginians cannot afford continued utility cost increases.  RGGI and the Virginia Clean Energy Act will cause pass down costs from energy producers to consumers.  These energy plans create a lot of red tape that hinders our government and energy industry.  Further, we need to restore the ability of the SCC to have oversight over Dominion Energy, so failed energy projects no longer become a financial burden to Virginians.
