We should keep RGGI!

For 3 reasons:

1) It has lowered our electric bills and will continue to do so.

2) It has already brought in nearly $400 million--much of which is being used to protect Virginians against sea-level rise and flooding

3) It's an important step in our state government's effort to mitigate the effects of climate change and preserve our vulnerable planet for future generations.
