"Cost of living" calculations must include negative health impacts of burning fuel.

The listed goals omit something all Virginians can agree with which is improved quality of life. Certainly cost of living and jobs are a component of that but what about the health of Virginians? Virginia should move away from burning fossil fuels to generate electricity and move around people and goods. This practice creates unhealthy air leading to respiratory illnesses and decreased life expectancy for Virginians and increased health care expenses for all of us (aka cost of living). Utility scale solar plus storage has moved beyond price parity with burning coal/methane for electricity generation and is now cheaper to install per Mwh so it is disingenuous to present clean energy options as somehow negative for consumers' cost of energy.
