Virginia should continue to support clean, regulated, affordable energy for the good of the Commonwealth now and for future generations.  Still puzzled by the goal of "Bringing People to VA" as part of an energy plan.  That sounds like an economic development plan, although more people would of course require more energy.  More diversity in our government would certainly be wonderful and is much needed, as is celebrating a diverse population, welcome to all.  But as for energy, stay in RGGI, and continue to develop initiatives for clean air, water, responsible use of resources, and more renewable energy.
