To date, most funding opportunities (CMAQ/DERA) for alternative fueled vehicles, other than EV's and including propane and natural gas vehicles, have only included Public entities instead of Private and Public fleets.  Shouldn't Private fleets share in the opportunity to; reduce fuel operating cost, emit less Carbon and NOx, and use a 99% U.S. energy?  After all, it's Private rather than Public fleets that contribute Federal and State excise tax dollars thereby funding much of these grants/funding.  Please follow PA and NC in making funding available to both Private and Public fleets.
