I approve of Governor Youngkin getting Virginia out of RGGI repealing the VA Clean Economy Act and restoring SCC oversight over Dominion so rate payers are not paying for finantionally risky energy alternatives that otherwise would not be funded.  I trust the  Governor will follow through on his goal to bring down cost of Virginia energy reforms.
