Rural areas in the Commonwealth of Virginia can benefit greatly from renewable energy investment.  Tax revenue that comes from large renewable energy projects (Utility Solar and Wind) have a significant benefit for rural counties and their residents, both in the short and long term.  Virginia can remain an energy leader by embracing an "All of the Above" strategy.
