| Action Summary |
The intent of this fast-track regulatory action is to amend and update the VPDES General Permit Regulation for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with Industrial Activity (9VAC25-151, ISWGP) to be consistent with recent amendments to the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Regulation (9VAC25-875, effective July 1, 2025).
The updates will improve clarity and certainty by making the ISWGP internally consistent with applicable requirements that were recently updated in the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Regulation.
