Action:
Conforming licensure requirements to Code
[Withdrawn 8/4/2023]
Reason for Withdrawal
Legislation passed during the 2023 General Assembly, Chapters 693 and 694, make the current regulatory language consistent with the statute. This action is no longer needed to make the regulation consistent with the statute, and the changes proposed in the NOIRA would be in opposition to statutory language. Therefore, this action must be withdrawn.
