The Common Interest Community Board has scheduled a public hearing to receive public comments for a review being conducted pursuant to Senate Bill 693 to review the feasibility of allowing audio and video recordings to be submitted with a notice of final adverse decision as a record pertinent to the decision in accordance with § 54.1-2354.4 of the Code of Virginia.  The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 9 at 9:00 a.m. at the Perimeter Center, 2nd Floor, Board Room 3, 9960 Mayland Drive, Richmond, VA  23233.  If you are unable to attend the public hearing to provide comment, you may do so via the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall website or to the following:
