Purpose of the meeting **Due to the potential for inclement weather please check www.townhall.virginia.gov the day of the meeting to verify the meeting has not been cancelled or changed due to inclement weather.** A meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee established to assist the Department of Environmental Quality in the development of a proposal for the reissuance of and amendments to the four existing Virginia Water Protection (VWP) General Permits in Chapters 9VAC25-660, 9VAC25-670, 9VAC25-680, and 9VAC25-690 of the Virginia Administrative Code. The notice of intended regulatory action was published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on October 21, 2024. The first meeting of the group scheduled for January 6, 2025 was cancelled due to the potential for inclement weather. This is the first meeting of the group. | |||||||||
