| Purpose of the meeting To receive public comment for a review being conducted pursuant to Senate Bill 693 to review the feasibility of allowing audio and video recordings to be submitted with a notice of final adverse decision as a record pertinent to the decision in accordance with ยง 54.1-2354.4 of the Code of Virginia. This is not a regular meeting of the Board. Staff will be receiving comments on the feasibility of allowing audio and video recordings to be submitted with a notice of final adverse decision. | |
