| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory actions: (i) a notice of intended regulatory action to amend 2 VAC 5-390, Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Seed Law and (ii) a proposed action to amend 2 VAC 5-317, Regulations for Enforcement of the Noxious Weeds Law. The Board will receive an update on the pesticide control fund and discuss the approval of an electronic meeting policy. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||||
