| Purpose of the meeting Consistent with Amendment 28 to HB29 (Budget Bill for 2018-2020) and the applicable provisions of ยง 2.2-3708.2 in the Freedom of Information Act, the Board will convene a virtual meeting of a workgroup to discuss matters related to drug disposal as outlined in HB 1531, passed during the 2020 General Assembly session. Written public comment may be sent to caroline.juran@dhp.virginia.gov in advance of the meeting. Comments received by 8am on July 21, 2020 will be shared verbally and/or displayed electronically during the meeting. Public comment will also be received at the beginning of the meeting from those persons who have submitted an email to caroline.juran@dhp.virginia.gov no later than 8am on July 21, 2020 indicating that they wish to offer comment. As the names of these individuals are announced at the beginning of the meeting, comment may be offered. Instructions for accessing the meeting are included in the agenda package. | |
