Description This chapter provides regulations for biological sex specific or separated spaces activities resulting from the approval of Petition for Rulemaking 432 by the Board of Health on August 18, 2025.

Goals of Regulation The purpose of these regulations prevent biological males from participating in organized female-only athletic teams and competitions in Virginia, and to prevent biological males from using designated female spaces where females are likely to be in any state of undress.
