6 VAC 100-230, specifically chapters 160-190, specifies that, pursuant to 9.1-150.2 of the Code of Virginia, the Board shall adopt regulations establishing compulsory minimum, entry-level, in-service, and advanced training standards for special conservators of the peace. Through this action, these minimum training standards will be amended, number of hours of training will be increased, and outdated language will be updated. |
