| Purpose of the meeting To receive public comment for the initial promulgation of regulations published for the Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors Lead-based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Regulations. This is not a regular meeting of the Board. Staff will be receiving comments on the revised proposed regulations for the licensure of renovators, dust sampling technicians, and renovation contractor firms; and for the requirements for the approval of accredited renovator and dust sampling technician training programs. . | ||
