Respectfully requesting the removal of CGFNS requirement to practice nursing in Virginia. We all know the shortages of nursing in the US, by eliminating this requirement we will be able to recruit and retain competent nurses to practice in Virginia. Once the foreign nurses establish their roots in this country, they stay in the state that accept them. All foreign nurses goes to rigorous process to pass all the requirements. Please removed the CGFNS in the state of Virginia.
