I support removal of CGFNS not only in Virginia but all other remaining States that have not supported this effort for the following reasons:

1. It is redundant and unnecessary. The CES process, Toefl, NCLEX are sufficient tools to measure education and standards for foreign graduates.

2. Less financial burden on the test taker especially during this tough economic times. 

3. One less examination to take. 

4. Will encourage foreign graduates to come to VA and USA.

5. Help ease nursing shortage; nurses are the magic glue that hold healthcare organizations together. SUPPORT them!
