The process of taking the exam is redundant and does not give the foreign nurse the license to practice. On the other hand, the fee to take the exam is exorbitant. Taking the CGFNS exam  cannot be used as a tool in determining whether the foreign nurse will pass the NCLEX or not. I firmly believe that CGFNS requirement must be removed.
