I've read portions of your proposed 'guidance document'. I think you've totally lost touch with reality! In fact this document not only undermines the relationship between parent and child, but puts these children in harms way. A child does not have the maturity or knowledge to make a decision like that, to permanently mutilate their body. And allowing them access to bathrooms and locker rooms without any question is a blatant assault on the right to privacy of other children. If this is the attitude of those in charge of public education, then its time for all responsible parents to remove their children from the public school system.
