Some good ideas especially on bullying but some very poorly thought out ideas on students expected to share bathrooms and showers with members of the opposite sex.
If kids are really confused as to what bathroom or shower they should use, build them new ones and as a taxpayer I will gladly pay the increase in my taxes. All the requirements under this proposed policy will likely cost more than just modifying your facilities. Your trying to fix a problem by creating a bigger one that abdicates your responsibility to your students. What about the rights of students and their families who are very opposed to these radical ideas that seems to be written more to address the needs of the adult authors than the student population !
You are driving people out of your schools instead of solving a problem. Good luck with this poorly thought out plan.
