I do not support this proposal for the following reasons: (1) I am performing engineering work that permits me to keep up with current mechanical engineering practices within the Company [NGSB-NN], (2) I interact and communcate with the Navy customer (NAVSEA) on required technical requirements, specifications, and calculations.
