Continued Education

Continuing Education is an ongoing experience in the consulting engineers work place.  We have daily involvement with new science, new equipment developments and of course new regulations.  Without on the job training consulting engineers would find themselves out of work, out manuvered by the competition or spending days in court .

Most continued education classes are hosted by seminar boosters many of which have great titles but know less than the students.  Consulting firm face paying for mini staff vacations resulting in higher overhead rates that government agencies will not accept.  So, as you can tell, I am opposed to the waste of time and expense of implementation for another government watch dog program.
