I have been in the business of designing electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects such as office buildings, restaurants, schools and power plants etc for more than 30 yeras. I have attended several conferences in the past to see  how can I learn some new things. All of the conferences was a waste of time and money. Imposing a continuing education is a bad idea. Ofcourse this will make some non-technical body rich. This conference cost atleast one thousand dollars and a day of wasteful time.
