Abortion centers regulations.

Why would the State of Virginia want to lower the standards of abortion centers? Are these centers not a places where medical procedures are practiced? Is an abortion not a invasive procedure, where unforeseen problems can happen? Should abortion centers not be held accountable for their instruments and rooms being clean? So why is the State of Virginia trying to lower the practical medical standards by which an abortion center is required to up hold? What is the motivation of the State of Virginia in lowering the medical standards that abortion centers are required to adhere to? Is this to help the profit margins of abortion centers? I thought that the State of Virginia motivation should be looking out for the public's well fare in a medical setting? So, again, why is the State of Virginia looking to lower the medical standards by which an abortion center is required to operate by? What medical standards at an abortion center would you want your loved one to be subjected to? Keep the medical standards for abortion centers high to protect the public!
