Whereas many would not agree that abortion is healthcare, it most certainly is a medical procedure.  As such, it has all the attendant risks of other such procedures.  The performance of abortions calls for high health and safety standards for the facilities and personnel involved.  Please keep the current standards in place to ensure the health of women and to prevent the atrocious conditions that the Kermit Gosnell case and other cases prove can otherwise result.
