Abortion clinics are medical/surgical clinics and should abide by State Regulations for medical/surgical clinics for their patients.  I have seen multiple newspaper stories of how abortion clinics have failed to maintain healthy environments especially when they do not have regular inspections.  You should not only uphold the higher health standards on abortion clinics, you should increase the frequency of inspections and hold facilities accountable by shutting them down if they have a significant number of failures.
