Dear Board Members, 

I am a native Virginian and I am so excited to hear about the Clean Energy Virginia Intiative. This plan to cap carbon pollution from power plants will help protect my kids health and the future of our beautiful planet! I know this process to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is also important and I believe it will only bring good things in our future. 

Please support this initiative and please help Virginia go green.
