Health Department Regulations for Abortion are unnecessarily strict
Health Department Regulations for Abortion are unnecessarily strict
Abortions should be the result of a conversation between a woman and her doctor. The kinds of regulations in place are not necessary for a sterile and successful procedure. The procedures provided in the clinics are important to the women's health and welfare. By removing the ability to perform the procedures, the Health Department does not have the woman's health as a priority. This abortion issue was begun by the religious right. They want to impose their beliefs on the woman in the United States. The USA is supposed to believe in religious freedom. These health department restricitons are one way to provide the religious right with unconstitiounal impact on woman.
