The decision to end a pregnancy belongs strictly to the woman and her doctor. It needs to continue to be a safe and legal medical procedure with minimal restrictions. These proposed restrictions are a direct insult to women and their right to choose what happens in their reproductive lives. I thought Virginia was above such restrictions, and am incensed that this has come this far!
