If some women are dying during an abortion procedure (fact) how could you even consider reducing the level of oversight that should be in place ?  If anything it should be elevated to conform to the standards in a Hospital Emergency Room which every abortion facility must have a relationship with when they botch an attempt to kill the child in the mothers womb.

BTW....since DNA testing has proved that the child and its mother have totally different DNA there are actually two lives at risk making abortion the only medical procedure that potentially puts two people in jeopardy.

Please rethink this enormously important decision.
