I would like to see that every woman who plans an abortion be given counseling to help her understand there are other options.  I would also like for every one of them to have to see an ultrasound before making their final decision.  I had an abortion many years ago.  I was not given any counseling nor was I offered an ultrasound..  If I had seen an ultrasound I believe I would have saved my child's life. If I had heard a heartbeat I know I would not have destroyed that life.   I cannot go back and reclaim that life but I can help to save others.
