There is not reasaon why these restrictions should be in place.  Just because a location like a doctors clinic or hospital may do abortion services do not mean women should be under more health restrictions.  The Board of Health must heed the expertise of doctors, medical professionals and legal experts in voting to protect providers of abortion services from onerous, medically unnecessary and unconstitutional regulation.
