Scrap the TRAP rules

TRAP laws are medically unnecessary. These laws restrict a woman's access to safe, legal, quality health care, and I hope you do away with these rules/laws. Allow women and their doctors to make their own decisions on reproductive health care.

TRAP laws end up being discriminatory toward poor women, and women living in rural areas if they result in closing of local clinics that offer abortion and birth control services. This could result in unwanted babies being born and mothers lives turned upside down, if they were not ready for a baby: many women of child-bearing age are in college and want to finish college before having babies. Many women who might get pregnant are not financially able to care for a baby, resulting in many family issues and problems, and tough lives for the children

Thank you for scrapping TRAP. Judy HInch
