Please take the strongest actions possible to mitigate climate change through regulatory measures that will reduce our dependence on coal for electricityand increase the availability of solar power and wind energy for consumers like me in Virginia.  I would add, please take steps to shut down any proposed fracking for natural gas, including the Atlantic Coast pipeline.  We do not have time to waste any longer on this issue.  Thank you.
