YES to Dry Needling

Trigger Point Dry needling is a safe, effective tool that is commonly used during a regular physical therapy session. It is endorsed by the American Physical Therapist Association, and has been proven through evidence based practice to provide significant benefits to patients suffering from chronic pain. This is an extremely safe skill practiced by licensed Physical Therapists. Phyiscal Therapists are musculoskeletal experts, we specialize in the recognition of dysfunctional movement patterns and have the anatomical expertise to pinpoint effective treatment areas for our patients. This is an extremely effective technique that is achieving clinical results in all types of patients and would be extremely harmful to the physical therapy profession if it were to be taken away.
