PT recognized acupuncture is good. PT try to practice acupuncture is good too. But, PT need honestly go to school to get adequate training , and passedindependent agency testing to show them competence to do dry needling. PT can't  just take 20 hours  roughly training to practice dry needling Vs acupuncturist at least need to take 1350 hours of acupuncture-specific training. Dry needling with acupuncture truly is same things.
