I have experienced dry needling as part of my PT with excellent results. It shortened the recovery time by several months. I  strongly believe that dry needling as part of a PT regimin is very beneficial to the patient. I note that many of th NO voices are from acckupunturists whi are protecting their turf. I also note that the entry level for a physical theripist is a doctorate and that they are extrememely  well versed in anatomy and phsyiology. Dry needling is one of many options open to a PT...if you go to an accupunturit all you get is needling.
