I am an outspoken supporter and patient of trigger point dry needle therapy. It has been the only therapy that is effective for my Achilles Tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, and allowing my gluteal muscles to start working correctly. Without this important tool, I would not have been able to run the 2013 Boston Marathon, and I certainly wouldn't have been able to finish before the bombs went off (which I did).
