Acupuncturists especially those  trained in China have several thousand hours of study in order to practice in that country..  In the USA Acupuncturists must undergo simlar vigorous training.  In Kansas chiropractors can use Acupuncture with a 100 hour certificate;  I don't know the training requirement for physiotherapists but it surely cannot be the same as for acupuncturists..Dry needling is acupuncture and as such its use must be limited to Acupuncturists only.   The physios must be limited to their own methods and not be allowed to usurp those of the Acupuncturist..
