Over the last few months I have had a chiropractor try to easy my pain and also had acupuncture.  Neither helped me.  Then I went to a physical therapist and they did the dry needling.  This procedure has help me tremendously.  My borther has also had dry needling and he no longer has the pain he was deling with. I recommend dry needling becasue it helps where the other processes have not.  They are not the same!!!  Dry needling is a safe procedure also.
