Defraud, period

I agree the tiny needles have its medical usage, whether it is called as dry or not. That said, since it is in the medical field and it should strictly follow the regulation. Whether Acupuncturists, MDs or PTs use it need to follow up with certain practices guidelines and qualified education. Even MDs also spent long years in the medical study and when they came to use the tiny needles and they would have obtained required hours to study first before getting qualify for -- it is a common respect to other medical profession and being serious toward the overall benefit of patients. And it is obvious defraud that calling the current physical therapy techniques as Dry therapies and used by acupuncturist then why no brainer to keep discuss this vice versus? Quit waste tax payer's $ on such nonsense argument. I've seen such debate last year and thought it was settled already. Someone must be the no brainer and need a professional neurosurgeon to check their nugget head or the Long Dry needles to save it?
