Acupuncture in untrained hands is dangerous to the public.  Physical therapists should be able to practice Acupuncture once they have completed a training course equaling length to those of acupuncturists.  Otherwise they are a danger to the general public. Virginia acupuncture board, please do your job and protect the public. Pneumothorax, organ puncture, etc are real and valid concerns.  Read the literature.
