If PT can perform the dry needle to help patients with minimal training?why can not the patients buy the needles and treat themselves after receiving several acupuncture treatments? The patients could locate the points easily or accurately. 

Allowing PT to perform acupunctur is not good trend. It justifies everybody can easily treat diseases with needles.
