No dry needle for physical therapist unless they have acupuncture licence!

The physical therapist they don't know that there are points are dangerous. For example. Gb21 is on the shoulder region. This point is controindicated on patients who are pregnant, and could cause miscarriage. That's why in most states of u.s, using acupuncture needles need licence and enough study. The so called dry needle , is overlap with acupuncture. Or to say , is acupuncture. Can acupuncturist just do physical therapy to patients with only a few hours study ? Obviously no. We need to get physical therapy licence to perform that. Vice versa, physical therapist need acupuncture to perform 'dry needle ', which is acupuncture.
