I learned a lot about dry needling lately, in fact they use acupuncture needles for the procedure, it's part of acupuncture. I am not against PT to do acupuncture, but they need enough training, even for the same pain, different people ( man , woman, young and old) we need to treat differently, because the body constitution, energy level, metal state is different, and this is base on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, PT doesn't have enough training, they can do harm for the patients.
