Using thin needles to stimulate the body is called acupuncture.  Whoever loves and wants to practice it should get an acupuncture license.  It is not just for muscular-skeletal disorders (which is what normally a PT would treat) ,  but also for internal disorders.  For insrance, many infertility patients come to get acupuncture treatments to better their chance to conceive.
